How much difference can a time management plan make in your life? It will help you:
o Use limited time. There are only 24 hours in a day, which never seems to be enough time to get everything done.
o Feel calm, reduce stress and more in control of your life.
o Accomplish more with less effort, including the things you enjoy.
o Have more energy, because less time is wasted.
o Achieve what you need and want to faster.
o Feel more fulfilled, because you are free to make decisions based on the values you hold instead of the push of last deadlines.
To put your smart phone to work helping you control your life, simply download a time management app (application) from the App Store or Market button on your phone. Here are my recommendations
For College Students:
As the name implies, College T.A. is for college students. Since time management is often a huge problem for freshmen and they seem to have their phone with them all the time, this app could make a huge difference.
As these pictures show, it helps the student manage classes, clubs, coursework, jobs, and their social life. In addition, students are able to update and manage their Twitter account, display daily weather reports and create playlists to study mood music.
There is an Advisor’s Guide section that provides students with helpful tips as they progress from freshmen to seniors, which is regularly updated with new and helpful tips for academic success.
Furthermore, students are able to view a brief snapshot of the important tasks and events of the day and see a “to do” list with customizable alerts and animations.

This app is free and available for iPhone.

Schedule Planner allows you to plan activities by category and priority. Tasks can be planned in advance and placed in a flexible set of color coded categories. Users can create day plans from scratch or edit pre-existing plans to save time. You can change the settings for individual tasks and create full event articles to help remember specifics later.
Give one of these apps a try!
